These SDAS facilities shall be utilised for patients transitioning out of hospital care, providing additional non-clinical bed space prior to home transfer, relieving the acute care bed space burden. Our SDAS provisions are not in any way intended as a direct replacement to primary medical facilities, these are temporary accommodation solutions for patients exiting from within the healthcare environment to home only.

Our SDAS structure is designed around the provision of either 20 patients in single, private room configurations, or 32 patients accommodated in a four-person shared room arrangement; although the layout of each facility can be scaled and designed to suit your specific needs and the space available for the facility. Each facility is also designed to provide ample reception, nursing and administrative areas and amenities, as well as providing back-of house storage, cleaning facilities etc. to ensure our SDAS units are fully fit for purpose and functioning.
